Nate and I celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary on Saturday. It was fun. We saw the "Scarlett Pimpernell" at the Hale Center Theater. It is always a favorite of ours and we love going to plays. We went out to eat after and just had a good night. I would have loved to say we did some amazing overnight, no kids, romantic, creative and crazy event but lets not be silly. We now, in our 11 years, have four children, work like crazy in and out of the home to support the four children, run 5 million places every week taking the four children here and there, get tired at 9 p.m. from being with the four children all day, and somehow still manage to stay in LOVE and keep our marriage strong. I love this man. I love that he gives me everything I have, especially my four children:)
Addison went riding with her dad and brothers on Friday and crashed and wrecked her motorcycle. She came home with weeds and dirt everywhere and a really sore arm. "It's not broken" Nates assures me over and over for the next 2 days. So why not let her jump on the neighbors trampoline, spend the day at Seven Peaks water park, play at cousins all with A BROKEN ARM. We finally decided to take her in this morning just to check, it was still swollen and now it really hurt. Sure enough. Broken, displaced by 4 mm. Guess we won't be getting any "Parents of the Year" award. What can I say, live and learn people-LIVE and LEARN!!! Click on the picture below to see it bigger.

Sadly, I've been there and SO done that with one my kids.... big time guilt. On the brighter side though, Happy Anniversary!!! Your wedding picture is beautiful. You ARE so blessed, 5 times over :)
Oh no!!!! Don't worry about delaying the x-ray though. We've all been there done that at one point. TJ's mom sent him to school with 3rd degree burns when he was 13!
Happy Anniversary though! Glad you guys had a good one!
Ha I think we've all had "mom of the year" moments like that. She's gorgeous. Love those big brown eyes.
Remember how we found out on FB that addi broke her arm...awesome......LOL
Poor girl! She is tough though! Look at that smile even with the cast on!
We finally got all of our tech stuff to work and showed Addison's xray in class! Addison did a great job telling us about everything! The students thought her xray was great. Sorry that this happened....but thanks for sharing. It went great with our study about bones.
